Eden Grinshpan is a cook, author of  Eating Out Loud and Tahini Baby, and a television food personality known for her relatability, theatrics, raw sincerity, and goofiness. She is the creator of Eden Eats where she shares recipes and candid moments of her life, family, and kitchen antics. Eden earned her culinary degree at Le Cordon Bleu in London and subsequently traveled and ate her way across Europe, India, Southeast Asia, and, of course, Israel, from which her family hails.
