Drawing on his experiences of personal and professional reinvention, Jon combines real-world business insight with cutting-edge research to help others find meaning and thrive.

Jon’s belief in human potential led him to found Anther, a firm dedicated to helping individuals and teams transform uncertainty into possibility. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Walmart, Procter & Gamble, Indigo, and served as Chief Operating Officer at scale-up GoBolt. He holds an MBA from Cornell University, a Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from the University of Pennsylvania, and advanced certifications in leadership, coaching, and complex negotiations.
