Spend an informative and empowering evening with nutritionist, menopause researcher, and author Andrea Donsky, based on her new book, Nourishing Menopause: Powerful Nutrition and Lifestyle Strategies to Feel Your Best. Drawing on over 26 years of experience, Andrea blends science with real-life insight to help women better understand this stage and how to support their health through it.
The evening includes a presentation, panel discussion, and audience Q&A. Andrea will be joined by fellow experts, including functional medicine clinician Bryce Wylde and psychiatrist Dr. Bev Young—so come with your questions. Partners are encouraged to attend.
Bryce Wylde:
Bryce Wylde is a functional medicine clinician with over 25 years in practice, specializing in hormones, nutrition, and personalized genomics. He’s worked with thousands of patients and has learned one thing very clearly, women are the CEO of healthcare. They’re the ones doing the research, asking the questions, and making the calls for everyone around them. He’s the co-founder of The DNA Company, a five-time bestselling author, and a familiar face on television, having hosted Wylde on Health and spent over a decade advising The Dr. Oz Show. That insight into how women really drive health is what led him to create HUSBAND™, a men’s health platform that, quite honestly, often sells through her to help him.
DR. Bev Young:
Dr. Bev Young is the co-founder of BRIA, a one-stop shop for women's mental health. She is a psychiatrist with over 25 years of experience, specializing in women’s mood and anxiety disorders across reproductive life stages (trying to conceive, pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause). Before co-founding BRIA, Dr. Bev developed and led two of the largest women’s mental health programs in Ontario—the Reproductive Life Stages Program at Women’s College Hospital and the Perinatal Mental Health Program at Mount Sinai Hospital. She has been involved in community and academic education throughout her career and has trained many other reproductive psychiatrists across Ontario. With her new virtual clinic, BRIA, she hopes to provide access to mental health services to women across Canada.
Dr. Fay Weisberg:
Dr. Fay Weisberg, OB/GYN, is a Gynaecology and Reproductive Medicine specialist with a strong focus on perimenopause and menopause care. As the Director of FemRenew, a women’s health clinic offering safe, fast, non-surgical, non-hormonal treatments for vaginal and pelvic floor concerns, she helps women better understand and treat intimate health changes. From vaginal and bladder symptoms to pelvic floor and sexual wellness concerns, Dr. Weisberg’s approach combines medical expertise, innovation, and compassionate care to support women through their reproductive and menopausal years.
Dr. Weisberg is also the Clinic Director of First Steps Fertility and an Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto. She went on to pursue further postgraduate work in laparoscopic surgery at the Houston Medical Center, as well as more in-depth training at the Reproductive Partners Fertility Clinic in Redondo Beach, California.
Dr. Weisberg is a Fellow of the Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada (SOGC), the American College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (ACOG),the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), and the Canadian Fertility and Andrology Society (CFAS). She has served on a variety of advisory and editorial boards involved in continuing medical education presentations, including University of Toronto-based educational programs.
Dr. Sarah Wilson:
Dr. Sarah Wilson is a passionate Naturopathic Doctor, author, researcher, and practice mentor. After studying human kinetics and nutraceutical sciences at the University of Guelph, she chose to transition from research into Naturopathic Medicine to apply evidence-based insights in a clinical setting. As the Founder and Director of Advanced Women’s Health, Dr. Sarah leads a thriving practice serving women across Ontario, with a focus on hormone health, including perimenopause and menopause.
