Attendees packed the theatre, sitting at round tables with small lamps bringing soft light and restaurant vibes to the experience. The stage was light beautifully, featuring a kitchen corner, comfortable living room lounge for the conversation, and large screen glowing with the cover of Melinda's book - Eat Jewish. Melinda and Jeremy gabbed for 40 minutes about Melinda's journey from food blogging to digital sensation online. Her videos and stories unite community around the table - as only Jews can - and this experience was no different. Servers in blue aprons dropped samples of spicy pickles and hummus at each table as Melinda stood in the kitchen and taught Jeremy how to make her magical flavours.
