The Leah Posluns Theatre proudly hosted an inspiring evening in celebration of International Women’s Day with the Found(Her) Summit, bringing together an extraordinary group of women leaders, entrepreneurs, and community members for a night of connection, empowerment, and unity.
Guests began the evening with a lively welcome reception, enjoying drinks, hors d’oeuvres, and meaningful networking in the atrium of LPT. Eight women Founders from the Chaitech program were featured in the reception, showcasing their businesses, products, and social enterprises.
Once inside the theatre, Raquel Benzacar Savatti, CEO of Israel Bonds Canada and the evening’s keynote speaker, offered thoughtful insights into leadership, resilience, family, and her deep connection to Israel and the Jewish community. The evening’s panel featured an exceptional lineup of founders who shared candid reflections on their personal and professional journeys.

Haley Bogaert, founder of HB Face, spoke about building a beauty brand rooted in family values and entrepreneurship; Marlie Cohen, co-founder of Bounce Forward, shared her experience growing a fitness platform designed to empower busy women/moms; and Aviv Sarner, VP of Design and Construction, reflected on her career path from architecture to leading complex international projects. The conversation was guided by moderator Kim Smiley, fashion designer, social entrepreneur, and empathy educator, whose thoughtful questions helped spark a meaningful dialogue about purpose, passion, and the power of women supporting women. The evening concluded with an engaging audience Q&A, leaving attendees inspired, connected, and energized by the stories shared on stage.
The Leah Posluns Theatre extends its heartfelt thanks to our remarkable panelists, partners, and community members who helped make the Found(Her) Summit such a memorable celebration of women’s leadership and impact.
