There are moments when a room becomes more than an audience. It becomes a community. This was one of those moments. There was laugher, pride, vulnerability, and an overwhelming sense of connection. Jonah brought authenticity and storytelling to the stage and the audience brought resilience and an unwavering commitment to showing up for one another. From an incredible custom stage design to audiovisual enhancements, moderator Jeremy Cammy and Jonah Platt discussed Broadway, music, Jewish traditions, the fear felt in Toronto's Jewish community, and what can be done to stand up to Antisemitism with knowledge through education.

We had Jonah themed games with pictures of his past put on screen, videos of his family singing experiences, as well as a bagel tasting challenge. The evening was filled with Jewish joy and community. What did Jonah think of his experience with Leah Posluns Theatre?
"Best event I've ever done.✨ I've spoken at a lot of events. This one was different from the moment I walked in".
‍you can read his full experience from a LinkedIN post he made right after the event. The event was recorded in full and will be released on our Beyond The Circle Podcast shortly.
