Resilience: Mind, Body & You Symposium

This Symposium brought together leaders and industry professionals to explore the intersection of human connection to inspire adults to pursue purposeful and meaningful lives in aging. With key speakers like Rose Reisman, award winning entrepreneur and caterer, Dr. Barry Goldlist, Department of Medicine at Mt. Sinai Hospital, and Tarah Schwartz, Communications and media expert who emceed the day, this important full day experience captured the essence of the JCC community.

Topics like preventative strategies for a healthy life, nutrition and brain health, keeping an active mind, aging and the Immune System, the importance of social connection, and moments of relaxation through breath work and mindfulness. This was an amazing experience offered to the aging community and brought together those who wanted to maintain a healthy and happy lifestyle at the Prosserman JCC.
